Training Times: Monday and Wednesday 6.00 – 6.45pm, Sunday 10.00 - 10.45pm

Location Weekdays: Lee United Reform Church, 111-113 Burnt Ash Road, Lee, SE12 8RA

Location Weekends: St Mary's Centre in Ladywell, Ladywell Rd, Lewisham, London SE13 7EP

Fee: £8.00 per class for members, £10.00 for non-members

Attendance: We recommend you train three times a week

Notes: Glasses may be worn during training.Long hair is best tied back

 

Course Details

Open to students in the age group 5 – 15yrs.

Training here concentrates on the elementary aspects of Shotokan Karate and is designed to give students a firm grasp of basic technique which will be built upon in later stages.

Regular training is held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays.

Monday & Wednesday training is in the back hall of Lee United Reform Church.

Sunday training at 10.00am – 10.45am is open to all Junior grade levels.It takes place at the St Mary's Centre in Ladywell, (close to Ladywell station).
